Shipping
Domestic Delivery - Within Switzerland
All parcels are delivered by the Swiss Post, either with priority (A Post - 9 CHF) or economy (B Post - 7 CHF) shipping. Orders above 200 CHF will receive free shipping!
PostPac Priority is delivered the next working day, assuming the order is placed before 13:00. If the order is placed after 13:00, next working day delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed. Parcels are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
PostPac Economy is delivered generally within two working days, from Monday to Friday. Economy parcels mailed on Saturday are delivered on the following Wednesday. Parcels are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Global Delivery - Not Within Switzerland
We are currently only able to deliver within Switzerland. However, we are actively working to provide EU & international shipping options as fast as we can! Your satisfaction is paramount to us, so we will only settle for providing shipping options that are high-quality, convenient & reasonably priced. This unfortunately requires time, expertise and financial resources, so please be patient with us as we make this happen!
Returns
Initiating a Return
To begin your return, please follow these 4 steps:
Step 1: Find Your Order Confirmation Email
Look for the email titled "Order Confirmation – Our Pieces Are Now Yours!" in your inbox.
Step 2: View Your Order
Click the “View Your Order” button in the email. If prompted to log in, enter the email you used for your order. A 6-digit login code will be sent to that email.
Step 3: Request a Return & Select Piece(s)
On your Order Overview page, click “Request Return” in the top right corner. Choose the piece(s) you’re returning and the reason, then hit “Request Return” again.
Step 4: Check Your Inbox
Check your inbox for our email titled “We Are Sorry Our Pieces Are Returning Home :(“. Follow those return postage instructions to complete your return correctly.
Orders sent back without first completing the above 4-step return process will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund. You may always contact us at info@bellebirdiebysmt.com with any questions regarding your return.
Return Period
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 working days from the date of delivery to complete your return. Please note that the return itself may take additional days to reach us; we do not consider these additional days as part of the 10-day return period.
Christmas Return Policy
We understand the need for flexibility during the holidays. You may request a return between Dec. 26 & Jan. 3, even if your 10-day return window has passed & we will still accept it. Simply follow the above outlined 4-step return process as normal to initiate your Christmas return.
Return & Full Refund Eligibility
For a return to be valid, it must be requested through the above 4-step return process. Orders sent back without first completing these 4 steps will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return that qualifies for a full refund, your piece must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- With an untampered security ribbon.
We always recommend taking extra care when trying on your pieces and avoiding contact with makeup, deodorant, and jewellery. We want to ensure every customer, including you, receives their purchase in perfect condition.
Return Postage
Unfortunately, we do not currently cover the postage for a return. We understand that free returns would enhance your experience. However, as an extremely small brand, we simply can't afford this. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Nevertheless, we take great pride in the exceptional fit and sizing of our pieces, designed to flatter a wide variety of body types. We encourage you to utilize our comprehensive size guide and product descriptions to choose the correct size and style for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at info@bellebirdiebysmt.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, if you miss the 10-day return deadline, we cannot process a refund for your order. However, you're welcome to keep the item or gift it to someone. We understand that situations can come up, so if there's a specific reason you missed the deadline, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team to see if there might be any exceptions we can consider in your case. Exchanges
We do not offer free exchanges at this time, but we want to make sure you get the perfect piece! You can return your purchase for a full refund within the 10-day return period and then place a new order for the size or style that works best for you. We take great pride in the exceptional fit and sizing of our pieces, designed to flatter a wide variety of body types. We encourage you to utilize our comprehensive size guide and product descriptions to choose the correct size and style for you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and release the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@bellebirdiebysmt.com.
