To return your order, please follow these 4 steps:
Step 1: Find Your Order Confirmation Email. Look for the email titled "Order Confirmation – Our Pieces Are Now Yours!" in your inbox.
Step 2: View Your Order. Click the “View Your Order” button in the email. If prompted to log in, enter the email you used for your order. A 6-digit login code will be sent to that email.
Step 3: Request a Return & Select Piece(s). On your Order Overview page, click “Request Return” in the top right corner. Choose the piece(s) you’re returning and the reason, then hit “Request Return” again.
Step 4: Check Your Inbox. Check your inbox for our email titled “We Are Sorry Our Pieces Are Returning Home :(“. Follow those return postage instructions to complete your return correctly.
Orders sent back without first completing the above 4-step return process will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

A valid return that qualifies for a full refund must be in an unworn and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags attached and an untampered security ribbon. Furthermore, we always recommend taking extra care when trying on your order and avoiding contact with makeup, deodorant, and jewellery. We want to ensure every customer, including you, receives their purchase in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, if you miss the return deadline, we wouldn't be able to process a refund for the item. However, you're welcome to keep the item or gift it to someone. We understand that situations can come up, so if there's a specific reason you missed the deadline, we recommend emailing our customer service team at info@bellebirdiebysmt.com to see if there might be any exceptions we can consider in your case.

Unfortunately, we do not currently cover the postage for a return. We understand that free returns would enhance your experience. However, as an extremely small brand, we simply can't afford this. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges at this time, but we want to make sure you get the perfect item! You can return your item for a full refund within the return window and then place a new order for the size or style that works best for you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and release the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@bellebirdiebysmt.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently only operate and ship within Switzerland. However, we are actively working to provide EU & international shipping options as fast as we can! Your satisfaction is paramount to us, so we will only settle for providing shipping options that are high-quality, convenient & reasonably priced. This unfortunately requires time, expertise and financial resources, so please be patient with us as we make this happen!

All parcels are delivered by the Swiss Post, either with priority (A Post - 9 CHF) or economy (B Post - 7 CHF) shipping. Orders above 200 CHF will receive free shipping! While we may not be able to compete with the shipping pricing of larger companies, we're committed to providing the best options currently available to us.

All parcels are delivered by the Swiss Post, either with priority (A Post) or economy (B Post) shipping.
Priority is delivered the next working day, assuming the order is placed before 13:00. If the order is placed after 13:00, next working day delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed. Parcels are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Economy is delivered generally within two working days, from Monday to Friday. Economy parcels mailed on Saturday are delivered on the following Wednesday. Parcels are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The price you see is the final price! We currently operate in and ship within Switzerland. This means MWST is already included, and you won’t face any additional taxes, duties or hidden charges when you receive your order.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we currently do not accept instalment payments or payment by invoice.
